Peel and segment 1 large grapefruit, removing all white pith. Reserve any juice that comes out.
Gently bruise the rosemary sprigs by rolling them between your palms to release the oils.
Place grapefruit segments and rosemary sprigs in a large glass pitcher. Add any reserved grapefruit juice.
Pour filtered water over ingredients. Refrigerate for 3-6 hours for optimal flavor development.
Serve over ice. Optionally rim glasses with pink salt for an extra flavor boost. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig.
