A twist on the classic mule with agave, lime, and warming spices. This mocktail brings together the refreshing kick of ginger beer with the smooth sweetness of pure agave syrup and aromatic bitters.
Fill a copper mug (or highball glass) with crushed ice. The copper helps keep the drink extra cold and enhances the presentation.
Add pure agave syrup and fresh lime juice to the mug. Stir gently to combine and dissolve the agave syrup.
Top with ginger beer and add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. Stir once more to integrate all flavors.
Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a piece of candied ginger. Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer.
